This two-week summer short course at CSU’s International Center in Todos Santos, Mexico, uses service and experiential learning to cultivate confident and conscientious global ambassadors.  Students will engage with the local population through volunteer work, communal meals, community forums and other involvement. At the same time, students will study globalization firsthand through class activities, fieldtrips, and hands-on experience with local NGOs.

This program allows CSU student ambassadors to give back meaningfully to a community in need. It is a great opportunity for students interested in non-profit or development work while implementing their Spanish language skills. The billable program cost is $2,115.00. More info can be found here: https://studioabroad.colostate.edu/index.cfm?FuseAction=Programs.ViewProgram&Program_ID=11511. There will be an info session for the program on Thursday, February 5th, at 5pm in Animal Sciences 135.
